Family Camp
Families are the foundation of our life. It's a save place for children, where they can grow and learn how to live. We want the best for our children en we are willing to pay the price for them. The family camp is a time set apart as whole family to camp and set time apart to be together. It's a week of faith building, new insights in brining up children and of course also relaxing.The vision of the Family Camp to have a place for families to set time apart for God and for eachother. We want to equip and encourage the parents and children in their faith through teachings, family activities, worship and groupwork. The Lord is the Creator of families and we believe that the Bible is a fountain of direction on how families can function within God's purposes. Love, unity and understanding are a couple of examples. Through seeking God and equiping the family (everyone on their own level) we want to set the families free, so that they can walk in the destination God has for them.
Program:
We camp on the property of Heidebeek. In the mornings we start together with worship. Then the children will go to their own program and the parents will have teaching about child rearing and family. Then we split up in small groups and talk about the topics. In the afternoon there will be a time of relaxing and in the evening there will be a time of worship and teaching again. Children and teenagers will have their own program.
In between the activities there is plenty of time for socialsing in the 'hang out' on the camping territory. On friday we close off this week together.
